A solitary bird soaring high
A kite floating across the sky
Leaves drifting in the breeze
A hundred wild flowers in an open field
The shooting fires of a volcano
The seven colours of a rainbow
Twinkling stars in a calm, quiet night
A dark room with one ray of light
The crack of dawn and a bright new day
The sound of seconds ticking away
Lush green mountains towering above
The flash of lightning and thundering clouds
The twinkle in a child’s eye
His innocent smile and a baby’s sigh
The concept of fairies and elves and gnomes
A lost puppy following a little boy home
The setting of the sun in the golden sea
That’s what freedom means to me.
